Even if Nintendo 'only' dropped A Breath of the Wild this year...hit! The near certainty Mario Odyssey will be with us 2017 also...double hit! Now I know most videogame brats go through games these days like toilet roll, but I've neither the time nor can I justify hours per day playing throwaway button-mashers.

Only diehard Nintendo fans like you could find anything positive in the dismally small list of available and planned games for the Switch. I'd give it two years from launch before Nintendo pulls the plug on the Switch, just like they did with the awful Wii U.

Not that it really matters but werent you a big supporter of the wiiu? Ive always thought it was a huge failure... But thats me. I supported nintendo until the gamecube... Tried to hang in there with the wii but i finally came to the harsh reality that the wii and wiiu wasnt what i wanted from nintendo

@superchiller I absolutely guarantee you didn't own or even play a lot of the WiiU's essential titles.

@sk8ofmnd yes and no. Huge supporter of the software released for it during it's lifespan. Not so much the hardware not being utilized to it's fullest. Still, looking at my WiiU library of games, I'd rate it an 8 out of 10.

I dont expect them to show too many big hitters outside what we already know. But i think they will concentrate on indies and nintendo third partys. I hope the rumors of a metroid, pokemon, and some type of old school rpg cough golden sun cough all make a presence.
