We have very exciting news to share with the KSP community today: Take-Two Interactive has purchased Kerbal Space Program. The important thing to know is that this big news doesn’t change much for the KSP community. Squad and the current development team is still here and we’re hard at work on KSP and its future updates, but now we are fortunate enough to do so with the help of an experienced publisher like Take-Two, and we couldn’t be more excited and happy to see where our conjoint collaboration will take KSP forward.

That's a weird acquisition it seems like all they do is turn 2D images into 3D VR experiences
They say its for ML based image tech but if this somehows means we get PSVR I'm all for that. Perhaps killing two birds with one stone.
Sony closing Bluepoint is the biggest letdown in recent gaming history. It hits as hard as when sega went multi platform.
They can reopen bluepoint again today, my trust and faith in them has never been this low.
They close BP when they were the experts of remasters and remakes. In today's gaming remasters and remakes happen often and gamers seems to like them. With all the IP's Sony owns they could have made BP kings of remakes or remasters. That's low risk high reward. They could have set up fan polls to see which games or series fans wanted to see get the remake or remaster
That would have been enough work for next 20 years. Shadow of the Colossus is one of the absolute best remakes along with demon souls. Jak and dexter series could have been remade, God of war trilogy could have been remade by BP and Santa Monica could focus elsewhere.
I have seen this Sony before they are the obnoxious Sony who think they can do whatever I juts hope it doesn't take another PS3 situation for them to wake up. Jim Ryan over Shawn layden was wrong, hermen over yushida was wrong and Andrew house retiring so soon was bad for playstation. PS4 was peake Sony teams working together not divided. See how they courted Kojima after he left Konami and now this Sony is just doing things which they used to be against

I too have begun getting more annoyed by people saying Ai Slop than when I see an Ai image and just moving on.
You do realize that's like... the whole point of using that word in the first place?
Well yeah the term is used a lot because AI slop is being used in increased numbers, we're not going to call it something else just because it's happening more frequently 😆

Maybe its a plus side. Pssr2 or 3 in psvr and maybe creating better graphics without costing to much latency. having dlss 4.5 on your console without buying a £4000 graphics card
I don't think hyperbole works well without being HYPER and a little creative, without that it just sounds like you're wrong. a 5060 is "only" $350 and runs DLSS 4.5 just fine.
it funny because when even the say better on PC, they are not refering to a 5060 system. As you know all PC gamers rock 5090 cards. When we tare talking about price, we mean 5060 systmems used.
Exactly, they traded employees. While the cynical person would say they traded devs for ML... at least they traded humans for humans... for now.
