SNERDAPERDS
I had the opportunity to fool around with the Fort Triumph demo and I couldn’t have been more excited. I cannot wait to get my hands on a release copy of this game, because it definitely deserves a real solid play through. It’s currently on kickstarter even though it’s already been Green lit through Steam. The game has been described by many as “Fantasy XCOM” and, that’s a pretty accurate description.

Starting today, Fort Triumph and RPG in a Box are free at Epic Games Store. The free game offers run until December 8 at 11 AM Eastern. Once you claim them, they're yours to keep.

Dave writes: "If your sensitivities to randomness and procedural generation are anything like ours, then we’d suggest switching back to X-Com. But if you’re less dismayed by the idea, then Fort Triumph might actually live up to its name."

Dave writes: "Bringing a game to Xbox, particularly one as console-unfriendly as a turn-based battler, will always be a challenge, so we approached Cookiebyte about how they managed it with Fort Triumph, as well as the joys of getting their game launched on our fair green shores."
This is on my big watch list for up and coming games. The InXile folks were tweeting about them too and I think their Kickstarter has been well received.
Hey all, Guy from the Fort Triumph dev team here, will be glad to answer anything on your mind :)
