Looks fantastic and this is how World War 2 is suppose to be told. That part at the start was straight out of private ryan brutal. This will probably be the best world war campaign ever told.

This actually looks pretty good imo. i like how there is no health regen. kinda going backwards in modern fps but it'll be refreshing to look for medkits/medics

It's great to see less gimmicks, but there wasn't any WOW factor in this trailer. Battlefield does a better job of this because they don't reskin their games and use new technology versus Activision still using the same engine for 20 years. I'm not disappointed by the trailer, but I'm not excited by it either.

Looking great. Would have been awesome if we could play a German, Japanese and Russian campaign too. Might have been controversial though, certainly with the German one.

Shocking that Activision would cop out and refuse to only focus on D-Day because they think that is what WW2 is. No gameplay either. What a f***ing joke.

Loved WAW for its eerie experience in the single player. But looks like they borrowed some parts from the WWII movie Fury.

I still hope we ever get a game where we get to play as the germans. See there side. It's always the Allied stories.

This might be the first COD I'll buy since MW2.

Alright the trailer looked awesome and i'm a sucker for WW2 shooters anyways. But if the gameplay is like in every other cod and isn't fundamentally overhauled (add weight to the guns, a bit slower pace.....) i'll unfortunately have to pass.

Campaign trailer looks dope. A buy from me depends on what they do with multiplayer.

OK looks great no Flying around or Jetpacks lol.
But it really doesn't look like a new game engine (any news on that?), that's fine...as long as the game play is there.
Although a little disappointed that's fine, looks like some new ideas and hopefully the addictive killstreaks return!

Looks hot, pitty it will be running on a variation of the same old COD engine. SP vehicles on rails, scripted destruction. And forget about destruction or any type of vehicles in MP. If they used a modern engine like Fostbite this game would be 100% better with the weather, destruction, mud. C'mon guys step it up.

Correct me if I'm wrong but did CoD get away from WW2 due to how stale it got? Now we're supposed to be happy we're going back to WW2. I mean think about this; you've moved from one setting because people got tired of it, you moved to another one and drove it into the ground till people were tired of it, you went into the future setting but that didn't seem to stick... now you go back to the original setting.

Folks, this is when you f*cking put a franchise to rest...

First time in a few years I'm getting CoD. Even if it ends up sucking and I'm not saying it will, it's been too long since the last D-Day invasion in a game. Can't wait to play that mission, hope they knock it out of the park.

If there isn't grit in multiplayer, I'm not buying. In fact, Activision even ruined CoD4 Remaster after the game was launched. I'm gonna wait about six months to see if there is childish camouflage, or other retarded immature synonymous Call of Duty crap. With that being said, I want to buy a CoD game again so bad. I haven't since Blops 2 when they ruined zombies with over the top easter eggs that objectively interfere with people fond of wave defense.

Very happy honestly. I will definitely keep my eye on it when it releases as I don't see any jet packs so that already has many people watching. I remember playing search and destroy alot, man those were the best but the jetpacks ruined them in my opinion. I do wish we got a little bit of gameplay but guess that will have to wait until e3. The only thing I'm worried is the overloaded Micro-transactions.

Well at least they didn't ruin the trailer with some stupid Kanye or Jay Z song or any rapper for that fact.

So unbelievably bland. "Actual In-game Footage". No way, because I thought this looked like a deliberately awful looking prerendered CGI video with dodgy looking facial expressions and clunky stiff animations at times.
Thank goodness they confirmed that it was ingame videogame graphics for late 2017.

The story as a whole looks like it is set on delivering that same old Hollywood set piece filled experience.
Yep, Call of Duty is certainly back to its roots: the tried and true, formulaic monotony, which CoD fans will swear is so different and unlike anything we've ever seen or played before.

But you can't blame the developers for wanting to play it safe as they usually do, the CoD fanbase isn't usually receptive to change. I'm sure CoD fans will be at home with this brand new iteration.

I'm glad the franchise is going back to its roots but for me that trailer had a real been there and done that kind of vibe. The Battlefield 1 trailer got me more hyped!

Not to be the cynic here, but aren't all big, expensive AAA games revealed with spectacular trailers? I mean a lot of the work I do is on big cinematic game trailers and am in fact getting ready for another one since E3 is coming. Busy time for post shops and creative studios right now. Regardless I'm sure it will be epic. They all are. If only I knew how to feel about COD in general.

It looks ok but it's fn Call of Duty. It's almost as if they need to stoo being Call of Duty for a while. Instead of focusing on new gameplay styles or mechanics they're just going to "TOTALY CRANK WW2 UP TO 11, DOODZ!"

Like, the constant stream of explosions where they feed that high pitched, "I'm basically knocked out" head ringing into your headset and one man army BS....
The problem isn't setting but CoD being CoD.

I love the setting so I'll likely buy it one day but that doesn't make me want to grab it day one. I haven't bought CoD at launch since MW2, a CoD at all since......MW2 or Black Ops. Their style is just old and boring.

Also, the facial animation was a bit garbage but not helping is that they keep throwing B/C-list celebrities into the game. Just stop being Call of Duty lol

Just had an accident in my pants! That's what I wanted Medal of Honor on the original Playstation to be like! It has finally been achieved! Wonder if Sledgehammer will break the COD creed and make vehicles driveable during multiplayer! Also wonder if they will finally make the game with some sandbox and not too linear... either way, it looks like it's coming along nicely

This trailer is pointless. it is CGI meaning that the game could look what ever. I want to see gameplay.

I guess im the only not impressed by this trailer... The facial animations are VERY bad for a AAA game, graphics look like Advance Warfare and BO3, not much better, the animations are very simple too (the models only have 1 layers to them, look closely the WHOLE model moves together while in BF 1, BF4 and other NexGen games the models are layer and objects move separately) it's just one layer like ALL CoD games. Yes some details are nice but what i see is just another CoD game... Whatever it will still be the best selling game this year, so oh well.

Meh.Nothing new. It looks exciting but when you play you'd see its more of the same. Shoot, run, hide while you recover and reload as you kill endless waves of badddies. I really can't get excited over a COD SP campaign anymore. Multiplayer will be worse

I think if you use a VPN, they will not be able to see your real IP address to take over your PC, it wouldn't stop hacking in the game but your real IP will not be shown.
