Yes, you're going to have to pay for it, but after going hands-on with Proto Man Mode, and busting up the eight master robots once again, IGN can tell you that this should be the easiest two bucks you've ever spent. Proto Man is the real deal on Mega Man 9.
Like any franchise, there are entries in the mainline Mega Man series have proved better than others, either because of how much they did (or didn't) alter the gameplay design philosophy that made it legendary in the industry. Replies(1)Several of these games have been on GWG, Slime Rancher and Super Mega Baseball 2. Others are on Gamepass. There is an Anime sale going on with up to 75% off. Fifa 18 at just 15quid, although I'll wait until it's in the EA Access Vault and get it for free.

sorry i didnt even think about other versions since they didnt launch at the same time(dont know why)
but for me who has the wii version 2-3 weeks before dlc makes me play it longer....
if you do want the other versions your actually right wouldnt they bundle them with dlc?
