mostly terrible points laid out in the article. what they need are dedicated servers, variety of areas, news ways to travel, larger maps as opposed to circle maps and more stats for weapons and armour so no piece is the same.

All 5 of his points were spot on actually! It's just there's more than just five like u pointed out

when the title says 'Top 5' I just expected PvP dedicated servers to get a mention. And also the general size and exploration events of the game, I still remember Bungies pitch. I still have high hopes and already have my pre order down.

Destiny 1 wasn't a flop!! There's more people playing that game than any other!!

MagicBeanz3314d ago

Its wasn't at all but there are people out there who like to crap all over it because they think it makes them look cool.

It could use some Diablo like drops. That way getting an exotic twice wouldn't be boring. Your first Suros Regime might roll with poison damage, where your second might apply a burn or shock effect on crits, for example. Suros should always have the Suros Regime perk, but everything else could be random. That way they have a specific behavior related to their name, but have the ability to be very different weapons when paired with other random perk sets.

exactly - no exotics should be equal, it would add so much to the game.

How about dedicate servers and a system to actually detect and perma-ban lag switchers? I'd take that over most of the rest of that stuff.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit20d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing20d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9220d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
