The controls - flying and driving specifically - and the cover system are weak. There are some positives to take away from the beta, but controls directly impact gameplay which is king when it comes to what matters most in a game. Sadly, I cancelled my pre-order due to the awful controls.
I love Batman and would play this, but another Arkham game?...If you're going to stick with Batman why not try something different like Batman beyond? Would have been an incredible setting and an appropriate change from the Arkham games. Anyway, one thing I loved about Arkham Knight was switching between Batman and Nightwing/Catwoman, it made me feel like a badass and I want more of that!
Make something else, Batman is dumb.
They just will not ditch the Arkham name will they? Does every new Batman game have to have Arkham in the title? It only made sense for the first 2 games.
Wonder who is developing it, I think the franchise still has plenty of potential despite my disappointment in the last two games.
I'm not gonna complain about a new Batman game if its good ofcouse. I like this guy enjoyed Origins and think wb Montreal has the potential to make a really good game. Origins brought some new ideas to the table that rocksteady even copied into arkham knight. The boss fights and story were great in origins all it really needed was polish and it would have been really good. Really though we all knew after the success rocksteady had wb wasn't gonna let the series go. Hopefully the quality remains if they continue the series. I agree with the person that said do a Batman beyond. The setting of neo Gotham would be fresh and the different batmans more high tech gadgetry could add some fresh new gameplay to the mix
