God I hate cgi trailers. Why spend the money to have this made. Show gameplay or show nothing at all. I was counting down the minutes to the reveal only to get slapped in the face.

Nothing new here. Could of just as easily been a Destiny 1 promo trailer. It's just a comedic snippet. Super underwhelmed but oh well hopefully the gameplay trailer shows new stuff.

That trailer makes the personality of the first game look like poop. Nah that's harsh. There wasn't any personality in the first game to begin with.

The humor was a bit cringey, but the trailer was not bad overall. It was simple and focused rather than boring and convoluted like I was expecting. Some gameplay would have been nice though.

I actually enjoyed this trailer and found it kinda funny. I would have liked to see gameplay but I can wait no big deal. Some of you need to download a sense of humor. It's a GAME! It's not life or death geez....

well i didn't get to play destiny how was it? the trailer for this gave me a guardians of the galaxy vibe which i liked so i may get it.

Cringey comedy, and absolutely nothing new other than the vault blew up and that's why you don't have your weapons? What is there to get excited for? I was hoping for some gameplay, spaceships, something new.

Boring generic Activision trailer...

Seems like the point of this trailer is to show the audience that there will be a lot of loot in this game, which was a complaint from the 1st DESTINY .

I just hope the new DESTINY will run at 60fps like DOOM 2016 does on 8th gen consoles .

PC for sure. Destiny ran like ass at 30 FPS.

Cute trailer. Doesn't tell me a damn thing about what improvements are being made, and this game needs dozens. Design philosophy around the first flat out doesn't work. Gameplay trailer is what I'll be waiting for.

From the early destiny trailers and clips through the leaked art and confirmation of an epic plot and stuff that only came through in codex card thingies.. to this tonally bizarre intro for D2.

I really liked the epic world building and promise of the original, from my POV they've gone soooo off track.. I wonder what the original writers think of this interpretation. 🤔

If it turns out to be great I'll still likely get it, it's just a shame. Let's hope this trailer isn't representative.

so remember when Bungie said you could go to whatever area you see and that became a fat lie immediately? I remember in the early days while in the tower looking down on the city saying I wish we could see what's down there. Well guess what, down there is destiny 2 apparently...and you know what else this means? Recycled planets since we're in the same solar system, wtf!?!??!?!?!?

Destiny is absolute shit. I just didnt like it at all. No way I'll be buying this. There's too many actual good games to play.

Not sure "Finally" is the precise word....maybe "begrudgingly" is more appropriate...Especially after all the salt that the original poured on it's early adopters. ;)

Was there actually anyone who was anticipating another Destiny game? I mean people couldn't even tell where the first one started or ended thanks to it's "half-complete by launch, pay for the rest later" bs concept.

Glad the franchise is finally making its PC debut. I signed a petition for Destiny 1 on PC years ago. Is this a good game? My friends either love it or despise it.

That trailer does nothing for me, Ive never been interested in the story in any bungie game.

I won't touch this game. The first was one of the worst examples of DLC abuse i have seen in gaming and i have no doubt that the 2nd will be the same.
