How many times did you dock the switch to say the scratching hasn't affected yours yet? How do you feel about the usb port being on the bottom and if it's on it's stand how do you deal with that? How do you feel about the price of the pro controller, lack of virtual console, not knowing if they're going to carry over previous purchases, no trophies or multiple accounts/game sharing?
