I would be more interested to hear that they aren't only using MCU characters. If they don't want to add the series staples like wolverine because they aren't a profit part of the MCU then it's safe to assume they will and that would be unfortunate. Show me some weird characters! Same with capcom, they have a treasure trove of IP.
As far as storylines go.. no shit.
If that's the case, then why did Marvel say they were pulling out the X-Men characters and making it more about the Marvel Cinematic Universe just a few weeks ago? Just bring them back. Wolverine is a Marvel vs Capcom staple, so the idea of him not being there just seems stupid.
