Bulletstorm: Full Clip Edition Interview

As part of their upcoming magazine issue, Gareth at Skewed and Reviewed did an interview eith Sebastian Wojciechowski, President of People Can Fly about the return of Bulletstorm.

Bulletstorm was a fantastic game. I preordered the Full Clip edition on both the PS4 and XB1, looking forward to it!

Garethvk3373d ago

I was shocked at how badly it did sales wise considering how good it was and how much fun it was to play.

Garethvk3374d ago

i loved it..Wish it was a sequel but this will do.

zeal0us3374d ago

I enjoyed playing this game when it first came out but charging $60 for a remake is downright silly. If they had any sense they would go the Insomniac route and only charge $39.

Garethvk3374d ago

That is so true. You would think they would want to try to find the audience that escaped them the first time around. The game was great but did not reach the audience they had hoped for. They have another chance to fix that and restart the franchise . I would think they would do all they can for it to find an audience.

If you have Best Buy Gamers Club Unlocked or Amazon Prime, you can get Bulletstorm for $40 at launch:

https://www.amazon.com/Bull...

Garethvk3373d ago

That is great to know. Thank you.

Garethvk3373d ago

What do people need to do in order to join?

Garethvk3373d ago

They do have additional content as well.

@ Garethvk - it's $30 per year for the Bestbuy GCU:

http://www.bestbuy.com/site...

That gives you 20% off all new/sealed games, and 10% off used. Amazon is $99 per year, but you only get 20% off preorders and new releases (up to 2 weeks after release). But of course Amazon has many other benefits with Prime.

I have both, but the Bestbuy GCU is an incredible deal, if you buy a reasonable amount of new games from BB, it pays for itself very quickly.

Garethvk3373d ago

Thank you. Being in media we get most of our stuff for review purposes but this is a great thing for the readers and listeners as well as games you do not get.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

dveio23d ago

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Jingsing23d ago

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Tanktopmaster9223d ago

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit23d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing23d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9223d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
