Taking Nintendo games seriously ? , you should look elsewhere

Pretty sure that is the point of a party game compilation...

I think Nintendo party games speak to what their intended target audience truly is! Just because Nintendo are showing grown-ups playing but more importantly advertising these mini games doesn't elude to the fact that the whole Nintendo Switch package is focused at children. It's subliminal marketing!

Look at the shaving game for example; For fathers out there, how many times for those who have son's have your son's watched you shave!? Or pretended they were shaving ?

Another to look at, the Phone answering game; For those with little girls, little girls like to play house! On top of that they like to pretend like they work in carreer that constantly requires the use of a phone .

Here's another one! The safe cracking game; What springs to mind? Cops and Robbers. Where the Robber cracks the safe.

I could come up with more to point to the subliminal messaging implanted in their marketing, but one that's in front of everyones eyes is the almost entire exclusion of children playing the Switch!

The same marketing that was used with the introduction of the WII! Nintendo marketed through the Soccer Moms,, the elderly, the handicap, and the Talk Show Host's to get to the children.

Because seriously how long do you really believe these mini games are going to keep a normal adult occupied!? Unless something is wrong with them on a mental level.

This is the WII all over again! But I don't think Switch has the newness or appeal that WII had.

This game looks like utter garbage and I like party games, motion games, etc. I cannot believe that this was not a free game but even worse they are asking 50 bucks for it. Only Nintendo can do something like this and see it justified online. No one thought this game would be good but the more they show the more I think wtf.

Hate to be the guy to say it but this game will fail so hard.

YOU THINK???? This game is gonna be retarded it's gonna get old in 10 and it should be a free pack in game like Wii sports was! They're actually charging money for this garbage game?? What like $50 to milk a cow??......to stare at someone and see who can draw the fastest?????....What a joke Nintendo!

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.

Is this like the 10th quarter in a row they're down 33% on hardware how is that even mathematically possible. You would think their mediocrity would Plateau
