Not really, everyone has their phone on them almost all of the time so it would just be a waste. They just need to have video streaming apps like Netflix, Hulu, Sports and on and on.
Is actually not a problem, but since the Switch is becoming more and more a bad joke with all those ridiculous costs(accessories and tablet price) as we get close to the release date, small things like a browser not installed in mobile device is just a complete reT#$$%rness.
If Nintendo are hoping the Switch will replace the family tablet, then yeah it's a problem, most people these days use their tablets for casual surfing. For gamers then no, I've never used a console web browser before but ultimately it's another feature on a long list of basic things people take for granted that the Switch will be lacking at launch.
Please for the love of All that is holy in Japan please do not use Google Chrome it's pure freeze up garbage .
