In a way, the Switch is already delivering something the Wii U did not. Promise.

Cole Young almost made the jump from movie newcomer to game canon in Mortal Kombat 1, but a last-minute time crunch shut it down.

A rare first-party Nintendo games sale has just gone live on Amazon with around a dozen of the company's titles discounted.

Square Enix launches Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary site, revealing new Nomura art, books, music releases, and merchandise.

My cousin and their children had a Wii since they were 4 years old. The Wii U came out and their mother hated it and heard from a family friend that "its crap don't get it, my son hates it".
I asked her what does she think of the Switch a week ago and if she will be getting one for her boys. She had no idea what I was talking about. SUCCESS.
Anyway going by the little snippet of article up there, right, so ONLY in comparison to the Wii U, the Switch is already a success. Is the Switch better in comparison to a dog turd also?
It's all I've been hearing since they sold out of preorders. If iirc the $600.00 launch ps3 preorders sold out too and we all remember how "successfully" that model sold afterward. This all just fanboys that will buy anything w nintendo's name on it, ppl w disposable income that like to buy the newest tech and scalpers that are positioning themselves to profit from nintendo's constant artificial supply shortage schemes to ramp up demand. The switch will b collecting dust on store shelves shortly after all the early adopters have all bought theirs. Very few ppl are going to be willing to spend more for a secondary console than it costs to buy their primary.
