When FIFA 17 was released, the worst rated men's player had a rating of 45 out of 100. The very best women's player would have to be rated LOWER than this guy. It's not being sexist, it's just a fact. The very top of women's football is no better than men's English Sunday League football.

Not too long ago, the Australian women's international football team lost to an under 15's boys Australian team. The score was Australia Women's team 0-7 Newcastle Jets u15 boys. The Australian women's team were ranked 5th in the world at the time.

Here's another one for you. USA Women's team 2-8 USA Mens u17. The USA women's team are number 1 in the world and won the Olympic gold medal 3 months after this game.

The gulf in class between men and women in football isn't small, it's enormous. If you want the women to play against the men in FIFA, then the best women's player will have to have an overall rating of 30 or lower out of 100.

Interesting. But I'd rather see these Men vs Women matchups in real life before seeing it in a game. EA Sports used to have the slogan "If it's in the game, It's in the game." Imagine NBA vs WNBA, and men vs women in UFC, Rugby, Tennis, Athletics, Baseball, and Football. If it works in real life then I have no objection if it is recreated in a video game.

Why? Women's sports are not a very big selling point. Which by the way, is the reason they're paid less as well (not because they have a vagina), they just don't bring in as many dollars as their male counterparts. I believe that female athletes absolutely should renegotiate their pay if they believe they are being paid less than they're worth, but it's laughable to expect them to get paid the same as men. You can't force something to become popular. Maybe in time there will be a surge in popularity among the female teams (it happened in UFC, and Ronda Rousey was the highest paid athlete in the organization, including the men), so who knows?

Whether you snowflakes want to admit it or not, there are observable physical differences between men and women. Men are stronger and faster. Women are more energy efficient.

It wouldn't be fair to play men vs women, and it would likely increase the risk of injury significantly for the women.

No different then the sports games EA puts out same shit different year. Change a few team logos add remove players from teams. Add in pay to play, microtransactions and poof you got a sports game.

100% agree here. I am play PES 2016 and the on field game action is MUCH closer to real soccer/football than EA has put out in the last 5 years. FC24 is a disgrace. If you play it, and play in Career mode as coach, sim and watch a game (CPU vs CPU) - the gameplay stutter/ai/speed is pitiful.

So basically just another heavily monetized sports game then.
