Fallout 4 please go away and come back with a game worthy of your success AND the year 2017 and beyond. Fallout 4 was a disaster on so many levels I can't even count them.
(let me guess, someone will say I should go away. LOL)

A frend of mine tried playing fallout 4,he rarely plays rpgs and this was his first in a long time.He told me after like 10 hours it got really repetitive,I forced him to buy witcher 3,and he loves it.He sais he can't stop doing side quests and focus on the main story because a lot of them are intresting.
Fallout new vegas had memorable side quests, they should jsut hire obsidian to create fallout games for them.

@milk i enjoyed alpha too lol bugs and glitches aside it was still a solid rpg.

I'd love it if Obsidian took over for this series AND they got the rights back to Alpha Protocol. I'd LOVE, LOVE, LOVE to play in that world again. Contemporary, Spy, RPG. With REAL multiple paths to the game. I played the first game like 17 times and was doing different things all the time.
Guess I can dream.

New Vegas is still the best 3D Fallout. Obsidian crafts amazing stories and interesting characters on top of better RPG mechanics than Bethesda.

Fallout 4 was fun for one playthrough. I can't stand the game now. Would rather play Fallout's 1-New Vegas anyday.

To each his/her own.

I loved Fallout 4 and have spent hundreds of hours across 8 playthroughs, and I thought Witcher 3 was absolute garbage.

Games are being casualized. We have seen that with practically evry game trying to be easy and tend to the mass market. I hate this. Hope the Strange New Things, Warren Spector etc make games that are worthy of the nerd in the underground basement and not meant to serve sheep.

55 GB download for barely an improvement. WTF

That's pretty bad, there is 4k texture packs mods that are less than a gig that look better lol.

...Congratulations Bethesda, with a 50+ gigabyte download, you managed to make your game look like S.T.A.L.K.E.R. clear sky with the complete mod. You should be proud of yourselves, hell of an accomplishment. No, really, you truly are leagues above developers like Naughty Dog, CD Projekt Red, and Square Enix. #Sarcasm

They need to look at Morrowind and see what the progression should have been from there instead of the regression we got with the next 2 games. They weren’t horrible games but they could have been so much more.

Fallout 4 just felt too streamlined and accessible to me, the perk system was not as fun as it was in Fallout 3, not saying Fallout 3 didn't have issues but 4 just felt like a complete step back.

mastershredder109d ago

So the part where you just sold the same games for the last 10 years while you focused on 76 and merch, was not a reset from the "creative" aspect eh? How very Todd of you.

lukasmain109d ago

I bought Fallout 4 (I loved Fallout 3) at launch and I couldn't bring myself to finish it or even get close to finishing it. It was soooo damned boring and bland. I played on a very hard difficulty and I had hundreds of stimpaks. One of the only games I've played for a while and not ended up finishing it. I hated it. Just flat out hated it.
