I've got a great idea! Someone pass this to Microsoft please.

Create a new XBox 360 with almost exactly the same architecture, but has more processing power and dedicated AA chips. So that the 360 can run everything in 1080p with 4 x AA.

Devs should create games for the standard 360 model, but standard 360 games will run in 720p 2 x AA (or similar) but the new 360 "advanced" will pump out the same game but in 1080p with 4 x AA WITHOUT upscaling.

Remember Turok 2 for the N64. You could run it with or without the N64 RAM upgrade. With the upgrade it ran in hi-res without it ran in low res.
Do something similar with Xbox.

I think it would be a great idea as all models could still run all games, but the 360 Advanced pumps out a higher res.

Or maybe Xbox Pure is just an XBox 360 Arcade Bundle ...
