Good, it didn't look substantial any. Seemed more like a tech demo than the worthwhile franchises Miyamoto created in the last 35 years

Neonridr3397d ago

something I think he was just toying around with. Never really got to a point where they felt they could make anything substantial out of it. So better off sweeping it under the rug.

Concertoine3397d ago

I kind of figured it turned into Arms. The extendo arms reminded me of this tech demo.

I totally forgot about this game. Doesn't seem like a big loss.

MilkMan3397d ago

I thought this was a given. They just made it official, that's cool.

Godmars2903397d ago (Edited 3397d ago )

Doubt they wanted to port it over to the Switch.

Apex133397d ago

That's probably where arms took its cue from

Moonman3397d ago

I honestly never understood this game or a fun factor. Miyamoto must love giant robots.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Jingsing23d ago

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Tanktopmaster9223d ago

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit23d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing23d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9223d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
