Square Enix launches Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary site, revealing new Nomura art, books, music releases, and merchandise.
Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.
They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.

LucasArts gave Jango Fett his own game in 2002, and it pulled Star Wars into a much dirtier, rougher, and more interesting corner of the galaxy.

A brutal reset, a smarter story, and a return to what made it great—Mortal Kombat (2011) revived the series.
15 years went by so fast. I remember playing through the story mode at launch.
-Why EA is planning on making a console---I highly doubt this the competition is too tight they couldnt really bring anything new to the industry and it would not sell very well.
-Backward Compatibility what Is Its Future And Is It Even Necessary---- The future of backwards compatibility is getting easier but thanks to online gaming people prefer to play newer games for longer instead of going back to old games, its not necessary but its good to have
-The reason why fanboys hate eachother-----Dont even get me started
-Continuing Wii shortage in the US will lead to buying a PS3 or Xbox 360 instead-----Maybe just depends on if people want a wii for xmas or if they want a gaming console for xmas.
-Xbox 360 gets Sirius radio what does that mean for Sony----absolutely nothing what so ever.
This should be more of a user comments on N4G and not news. Thx for wasting my time.
i really wouldn't want another console in the market, its enough as it is and that's not even counting pc's which i consider a console as well.
They did pick up Moore though :o
I highly doubt EA would make a console. It would cost them billions up front, money they may never see again. Hard to believe they would part with that much money when they wouldn't even pay 2 billion for Take Two. Plus they are a multiplat publisher. Sales of Madden and all their other multiplat junk would tank if people had to buy yet another console just to play them.
