HPP: For better or worse, Nintendo is out to switch things up. Here are five things we love (and hate) about Nintendo's upcoming console/handheld hybrid.

Microsoft announced its financial results for Q3 of fiscal year 2026, including an update on its gaming Xbox business and more.
Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

TG writes: If you’ve ever wanted that chaotic, large-scale modern warfare feeling from Battlefield but in full VR immersion, Forefront delivers it better than anything else currently available on Quest.
Still don't know why it's launching with 32GB of storage.
They say they are trying to get away from the wii brand yet the joy con demonstration is literally just revamped wii remotes/motion gaming...
Launch line-up is weak, Zelda is the only one I'm interested in, and I'll just pick it up for WiiU. Switch is gonna flop.
Can't forget their new online "service," the smartphone voice chat thing is ridiculous. Just give us in game chat and parties and stuff.
I swear you could just copy/paste the comments from WiiU announcement then put them here and nobody would ever be able to tell which console it was aimed at. Its all just Zelda this and Mario that with these Nintendo fanboys lol.
i'lll add to the drawbacks:
No real d-pad, on a nintendo console thats crazy, have to pay 70$ more to get a d-pad via the pro controller.
3rd party support appears to be mostly old games
Questionable voice chat and multiplayer support via the console for anyone that doesn't have an android or iOS phone since it might be via an app.
No real BC support like the wiiu had.
