Hudson, otherwise known as "That Bomberman Company," has been a household name for decades in our industry. Lately, they've been most noteworthy for their incredible support of both the Virtual Console and WiiWare. If Nintendo gave their own service the same kind of attention that Hudson has been giving it, the Wii would be my most-played system.
4CR tracked down the Hudson crew at PAX and took a peek at two of their upcoming WiiWare titles - Bomberman Blast and Alien Crush Returns- as well as Wii retail release Fishing Master: World Tour.

Being a hardcore gamer (especially one who grew up in the 80s and most of the 90s) means daydreaming about classic franchises that deserve a comeback. Most receive the sequel or reboot treatment, and some of them come out of nowhere. Games like Excitebike: World Rally and Contra ReBirth were expected, but Blaster Master Overdrive? Here are a handful of surprise games we never saw coming.

Digital Battle writes: "Once, long ago, I discovered the glory of a certain sports game, then on the Playstation 2. It was Hot Shots Golf, and it became one of my personal favorite relaxation games. I'd line up my shots, consider angles, and then take my shots, one right after another, on beautiful courses to the sounds of birds and the occasional insect. After a while, I never thought I'd find a game like that again, until I found Fishing Master World Tour on the Wii."

PALGN writes: "Welcome to PALGN's WiiWare Review Round-Up. At the start of every month, this article will be dedicated to reviewing the WiiWare titles that have been released during the past month on the Wii Shop Channel, with our verdict as to whether or not they are worth downloading. We realise we have fallen behind from when we originally launched this feature, but with a little reshuffling of responsibilities between staff members, we're confident it will be maintained."
