I am not a Star Wars fan but I enjoyed the Force Unleashed and the sequel. Shadows of the Empire was another Star Wars game I also enjoyed.
I had Shadows of the Empire on N64 and I used to finish that game basically weekly. LOVED that game.
imo 6.9 is not fair.. unfortunately I had high hopes for this game..

I am still picking up this game regardless of reviews if your a true gamer you won't care about reviews.
i am a SW fan but i would personally give it a 5/10, because it was one of the worst SW games ever... i stopped playing it after the scrapyard level - boring and repetitive leveldesign; game was horrible balanced on the default difficulty - i felt like the biggest looser and not like a powerful jedi (when you have to slash 5-7 times an enemy with your lightsaber it simply looks baaad and unrealistic); lots of bugs; bad controls. Yeah and the biggest joke was the 5 second loading screen when going through the menus :D btw. i played it on the xbox360, where i also saw some hard fps slowdowns and 1-2 second loading pauses during the levels, but my friend played the PS3 version, and he didn't notice any fps slowdowns or the loading hickups, so only the xbox version have these problems.
i noticed some problems in the 360 version, too!
i'll rent this game for my PS3
