Exciting stuff from the world of VR

xDealtwithIt3451d ago

Jesus, stuff is getting ridiculous.

I remember folks on the forums that said they never wanted to be caught waving and flapping their arms around while playing Kinect. Now we have this!

McGamer3451d ago

Talk about over-generalization. 'folks'? Really? Obviously it was a small minority of "folks" who said ignorant comments like that in the past or else no company would invest time and money into VR/AR. Technology advances as time goes on, get used to it.

xDealtwithIt3451d ago

Over generalizatiin because I said "folks"?

Obviously it wasnt everybody but I am positive I didn't need to spell that out.

Interesting stuff, though I'll wait until the VR fanny pack/bum bag is available.

I played through most of the PS4 version of the game but stopped because another game came out. I bought it last year for PC with the intention of using the VR mod but haven't gotten around to setting it up. I am glad I waited.

Great game, even better in VR. A little drawn out by the end, but I hope we see CA do something a little different with the sequel.

Sweet. I also rebought this game on Steam for the purpose of VR. I'll have to give it another shot w full immersive controls. I had only tried it out briefly before.

It's funny this was never officially released at retail as a VR game, bc it feels so perfect for it!

Yeah. Not the best dev by a long shot, but I've heard Bulletstorm improved a lot after the initial launch and all the complaints.

Abnor_Mal425d ago

I bought Bulletstorm VR but couldn’t get into it at the time, the controls were a bit off, but at the time I was finishing up Arizona Sunshine1/2. Most likely the reason the controls felt off, plan to go back to it soon.

I really wanted to love Outriders. I was hooked on it at first but it was so janky the further I got into it. I had to force myself to finish the game. I liked it just enough to buy the expansion but I burned through that jankfest also. It sorta gave me Division 2 vibes a little bit and that's what helped me through it. I don't think I would trust any of their VR stuff anyway.
