I don't know why everyone wants the Switch to be a VR machine, when it still has to cement itself a place of profit as a console for traditional home console gamers first.
I mean, look at the games. Anyone with a brain can tell the majority of the library is going to be home console games, for home console loving gamers, with travel as its hybrid hook.
Why would they do anything related to VR with it before it's got a solid market foundation to fund any VR efforts?
Going straight into VR would just be spreading Nintendo's game development resources thinner, which would not benefit the system's chances of remaining drought-free.
It's got lower specs than the base ps4 and rightfully so as it targets portability so vr on this would be pretty weak
The NS doesn't need VR. Plus VR is an unproven platform for gaming. Its good for experiences, not good for gaming.
