Troy Baker mentioned a spectacular set piece that unfortunately had to be cut from the game due to technical reasons. It would be great, given the extra time if they could somehow find a way of adding it to the dlc, if the story fits etc.

Who the hell wants Sam? I want more Nadine, personally, but I would be happy with an Elena focus also.

I would love it to focus on elena/sully finding nate or a chloe side adventure. Either way, im excited as hell :)

Remember when Nathan and Sam where children...the chapter where they search the journal of her mother...ok, how cool will be a game with her mother when she was young, and how shee fall in love with Drake senior in the search of an ancient treasure in egipt, with mummies and a lot of new villains, and to drive old cars....how cool would be...to be a co-op adventure, to play with her and with his new partner....it has a lot of potential...in that house was artefact from Japan, China, Egipt and Italy....maybe this can be the next saga..it will be fresh...

But seriously, my ideal premise for the DLC would be if it took place during Uncharted 4 right after Elena and Nathan had that big fight back on Madagascar, and you played as Elena and Sully in the time where you try to track down Nathan in Libertalia.

There can be some very character developing moments for Elena, and it can be about her journey to forgive Nathan for everything he has ever done because between U1 and U2 and between U2 and U3, there was always a type of falling out between Elena and Nathan. Also, the interactions between Elena and Sully would be surprisingly unique since you hardly would see them alone together at all if ever. There can be some some very character defining moments for both Elena and Sully, and have enough gameplay for a meaty experience.

I think it would also be a good fan service to those who played the first three Uncharted games but did not think we saw enough of both of these characters, but at the same time, give new comers to the series a more detailed look on what Nathan Drake's family truly looks like and not just by blood relation like Sam. Lastly, the more we see Sully, the better everything is!

People who complain about Sam and Cassie should get it into their minds that if there is another Uncharted game in the future, it's probably going to be those two. Cassie is probably going to be the main character, while Sam is going to be her mentor (like what Sully was to Nathan).

That's fine while I enjoyed Sam it doesn't bother me either way I'm just happy for single player DLC. Edit: I enjoyed Sam and Nate's relationship in the game and one of my favorite moments was when Elena was in Nate's hotel room and found out he's been lying. There was so much emotion in her face before she even said a word. Also I would love to see an Uncharted game down the road with Nate and Cassie start to go on some adventures. Hell eventually Cassie will be the young buck and Nate or Sam could take over as a Sully role, down the road of course.

I was really hoping for a Sam and Sully DLC. Really wanted more of them to end the franchise.

The title of the article says, "The Uncharted 4 Single Player DLC Will Not Feature Sam." In the article, it never mentions that Sam won't be in the game; the article just states that he will not be the main character of the dlc. The title has literally nothing to back its claim up within the article.

Nate thought he saw his brother die in front of his eyes, it's perfectly feasible that he wouldn't talk about that alot let alone bring it up casually while treasure hunting in previous games.

People in everyday life handle tragedies in the same way.

DLC, i will never sustain this kind of practice paying for it. They milk people(only suckers included) dry for what it should have been a complete experience.

The character models are not good. The movement physics looks like it was from 10 years ago. Not impressed. And not a good example of what can, or more importantly, should be done in 2024. However, this not targeted for that, but is a hobby project of a single developer, and in this respect, it is good.

As a hobby its a great job. In my opinion though the character models are odd. Nate seem a little..."happy"

As a one man showing, it's impressive. Interesting that a level designer could put this together alone, which raises one question for me:

Did they use AI to help with this?

This was really cool, really makes me miss the uncharted games

Fascinating concept. If anything, it made me appreciate just how skilled the Naughty Dog is with animations, etc.

If one person can make this why are game budgets so high!

Here's a free tip:
Please hire this guy because he sure knows how to make something that probably cost hours of his time like a multi-millions project.

Also "For Old Times Sake" is literally the best first chapter title for another Uncharted game!
