Fair suck of the sav. Scorpio will own both in specs, Switch will beat both in price.

Majin-vegeta3504d ago

PRO will beat both in support :)

Relientk773503d ago

True, Pro will have the most games and most exclusives

Nintendo and Sony will own both in great first party exclusives which is more important IMO. Switch and PS4 PRO will both dominate in sales since they will be out earlier and because of the price. My prediction $299 for Switch, $399 for Pro, and $499-$599 for Scorpio.

Doesn't work that way there is one winner. They can all be profitable but there is one market leader. Sony has it regardless of your stealth troll

Steath Troll???? Its an opinion and prediction.

Pro will beat both to the market and gamers wallets. Its specs are good, and price is great. SONY really in drivers seat.

Most probably

For me personally, Switch. It is the first Nintendo system since the GC that i am actually looking forward to. If they announce support for DS/3DS games on it, i will flip my lid and buy it day one (which i rarely do with any console).

As far as second place, i haven't really decided yet. Power alone isn't enough for me to make a decision and the Scorpio is still over a year off. I'll wait until they are both out and decide based on the available games. Atm, PS4 vs Xbox One, PS4 has a few more games i am interested in but that could change before Scorpio releases.

Microsoft is definitely getting its shit together. Forza and Gears have really been tempting me to throw down the cash for an Xbox, but I just can't until I know more about Scorpio.

aksmashh3503d ago

I agree!!

Seems alot ppl hav been waiting for nintendo to offer something decent and this might be the closest were get without waiting another decade!

DigitalRaptor3503d ago (Edited 3503d ago )

I'm day one on Switch. It can't handle 1080p in 2017 which is pretty laughable, but forgivable since it's designed to be 100% portable, which is a major selling point for me. Its design and form factor look ingenious too. Seems really obvious that they've taken the time to get the concept right on something as particularly forward thinking as this.

GameCube was also the last Nintendo machine I deeply loved, and anticipated the release of.

I never cared much for Wii, and Wii U gradually won me over with its games.

Nintendo Switch will most likely give me more "moments" that I won't forget IMHO. Nintendo just knows how to make memorable games and soundtracks.

Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.

To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Jingsing26d ago

The stock mark is what makes Microsoft remarkable, They have convinced every institutional and retail investor to just keep piling money into them. Like many big tech giants they are just a big growing pyramid scheme. As long as people keep dropping money into ETF's that cover the market Microsoft will always be liquid. At the same time it is completely stifling innovation and competition. People need to start being more discreet in how they invest their money as it's killing the system.

Tanktopmaster9226d ago

Once they re-evaluate exclusive all will be fine….

S2Killinit26d ago

Riiiiight because people will just flock back to them for one or two games per year.

Jingsing26d ago

15+ years of bad performance is what they call irreparable in business. It is time for them to sell off the assets and get out of entertainment.

Tanktopmaster9226d ago

These declines are on the back of extra revenue received from releasing games like Forza horizon 5 on PlayStation. So I’m being sarcastic here when I said they should go back to exclusives. Killing off a revenue stream from Ps5 sales will only make things worse
