"Ever since it’s initial release I have tried to enjoy Hearthstone. With each major expansion I glance over what is included: all the additions, tweeks and new mechanics. However, it has never grabbed me as an enjoyable card game. When I win I feel I was just lucky with the cards I drew and when I lose I feel unlucky with the cards I drew. Duelyst (here) on the other hand is a glorious digital card game where my every decision feels vital. Something Hearthstone can only aspire to replicate."

While Hearthstone's latest expansion Ashes of the Outland is set to release on April 7, players are already able to play the prologue campaign and earn several rewards, including a 20 card Demon

The HCT Winter Championship kicks off this Thursday, February 28, when 16 of the world’s best Hearthstone players—representing the Americas, Asia-Pacific, China, and Europe—face off at Blizzard Arena Los Angeles.
Duelyst is AWESOME!
But I don't see an comparison to Hearthstone.
Hearthstone is a CCG. Duelyst, while you do collect characters with specific attack, defense, and special skills, is a grid based strategy game where positioning of characters is probably the most important part.
No comparison at all.
