Former CEO describes lawsuit filed by Swedish pension fund as a "collateral attack" on Activision Blizzard.
Kotick Made $155 million from MS in the buyout, the little b*tch needs to stop whining. Thanks to this Microslop deal and massive industry consolidation thousands upon thousands of devs and other workers lost their livelihoods. This greedy piggie pervert needs shut up and f-off.

Larry writes: "As many of you have been with me during my career in gaming, I'd like to share personal news. Like many in the gaming space recently, I've been laid off from @Unity"
That’s some major layoffs best of luck to him and the rest that got laid off. It always hurt specially more before or during holidays.
Met Larry a couple times. Sucks to hear he got laid off. Real standup guy who just loves gaming and the industry.
Dude finally got laid at 58 years old. Bit of a weird flex but im still happy for the guy!🥂

"We see DRM as something which can make the life of a legal customer more difficult," says Michał Kiciński, "so there is no reason to keep it alive."
Interesting read... Nice article from Stevivor. also another article about Scorpio from NZgamer. Phil hints at the price point of the console.

"So you can see the price of the S today. When we designed both of these, which we kind of designed it in parallel. We thought about the price performance of what we wanted to hit with the Scorpio, relative to what we were going to be able to do with the S. So that we would have a good price continuum, so people wouldn’t look at these two things as so disconnected because of the price delta."
"So I think you will feel like it’s a premium product, a premium console. And not something, anything more than that. So I wouldn’t get people worried that this thing is going to be unlike any console price you’ve ever seen. We didn’t design it that way."
Good read. And I commend him for taking some blame for the rough start as he was also part of team with Mattrick just running ish to the ground. And Xbox sure has changed for the best him in charge
Turned the sinking ship around. Way to go
I think Phil has done a great job, but they really had no way to go but up, since they almost destroyed the brand prior to the launch , with the always online, no used game, etc. nonsense. Kenny Powers could've took over end it would have been a improvement. I do like Phil and he seems down to earth, and seems to interact with the fans more.
The only way to move forward is by owning up to it and improving so you don't repeat mistake. We can all agree Xbox has improved under Phil. Well done Phil.
