Instead of new games we get old remastered games...
We are 3 years in and still hardly having must own titles...
Why not come out with a new IP? Because it's cheaper, easier, and thus safer to slap some new skins on old textures, tweak the controls and interface, and call it "Remastered." Most of which can be done by a 5 to 10 person medium-skilled team in a couple months or so.
at this rate i'll just wait for either remastered or goty edition of whatever single player games that'll come out in the future
Amongst my fave series of games so I am super excited for this. While I already have them on PC I love to game on console more, so this is a dream come true.
On top of all the fantastic new games coming out I get to enjoy remastered classics like Bioshock or Skyrim.....whats not to like?
I dont understand the attitude of some who complain about remasters or collections, if you dont want to play them dont buy them. They rarely impact on new releases, devs almost always outsource the remaster so it has zero impact on their work on new titles.
