Yes, he talked about it, but honestly it's not what stuck with me after all the videos and interviews and when I saw streams of the battling in space right before it released I felt it had more of it than I had expected.

And as for non of the planets coming close, I feel you're wrong, I've seen really gorgeous ones, I give you the space battles stuff but not the looks of the planets, it looks fantastic at times...

I still believe now that people in hindsight are trying to find every little thing he has said that they can't find in the game while I wonder how much they actually still retained in their own head and how much they had to look thru the videos and interviews to find things he said that aren't in the game.

I really have to agree that with seeing lists of stuff that he mentioned in interviews and demos that aren't in the game and how he's saying it that something is wrong. For one I don't think Sean is the right person to do interviews and demos, I don't think he can handle that sorta thing very well. And second I think they had to put in way, way more time into getting the procedurally generated stuff to work well and to optimise the engine so it could even run on the PS4, because of those 2 things they didn't have all that much time to add in actual content and stuff to do, tho I do believe they are going to add a lot of it for free in future updates.

I know, just this morning I was on some moon that had bright green things on the ground (not grass exactly), trees with brown leafs and clear blue water, little beaches and perfectly earth like blue sky, kept taking pictures of it!

Didn't watch the full thing yet, but 5m in and nothing but plant life... Definitely a pretty planet, but otherwise pretty boring.

well the question is, is that person just sticking with Yellow Star Systems? or are they branching away from the set "paths" to wither center or atlas. becuase thats where the pretty planets are.

Yellow systaems tend to be barren systems. heck i spent an entire day on a yellow system looking for a ship via transmission toweres, didnt find one, went through about 50 bypass chips. i jumnped to another system, and found 4 ships on my first planet
