The game is already appearing to be great and to deliver on its promises without the day one patch.
I don't think it's that ominous, and the contents of the day one patch is the game that most players will be experiencing, so doesn't it serve better for those reviewing it to deliver a greater deal of transparency and honesty about the delivered game, especially one this surrounded by fallacious scrutiny?
Instead of Doom just say Minecraft.

Rashid, where was your ominous article for Doom. I can't find it :) Or any other game for that matter. Are you getting a review copy or do you have to go out and purchase one out of curiosity.
