I would say Firefox but I like Chrome a lot.

I have like 6 useful addons on firefox while crome doesnt have any at the moment, when this browser start accepting the 3er party utilities then i might change for chrome

I really dont see why everyone is allways talking about browser speed. Unless i'm missunderstanding their intent. To me speed means how fast it takes to open a website.

With broadband, the difference between any browser isnt recognizable by me. They are all as 'fast' as each other in this sense.

What would be more important to me in comparing browsers, is how bloated they are. IE and FF both are taking 50-100 mb of ram to display webpages, imo thats a bit rediculous unless your on a highly interactive site, or have tons of pages open.

I tried Chrome yesterday, from what i could tell, it was nice, free from usless extra bs, and best of all LIGHTER than IE and FF. (although, i'm not so fond of how it handles bookmarks)

Google Chrome is better at start up, but is worse after about a minuet.
IE sucks. Former IE owner.

How can they omit the latest build of Safari from this test? Bogus.

Firefox is years ahead of all browsers, best customization best everything! Also why is safari not on this test? Its probably the fastest browser.

I really like that feature which i didnt know it had, where if a page freezes the rest of the browser can still run as well as the rest of the tabs, this is a big deal for me cause i hate having to restart the whole browser over again.

It's fast. Way faster than FF or IE.

But it's still in beta and addons are a must have.

I'll stick to FF3 for now.

Opera is the fastest browser you can get by far, blows away the rest of em.

Chrome has nice features and for me at least it's been really robust so far.

I like the simplicity of the interface (although bookmark handling is a little bit of a faff).

Because of the amount of Add-ons I use it'll be difficult to move away from FF3, but I'm going to try Chrome for a while.

Making Google Docs and Mail feel like applications when used with Google Gears is kinda cool.

Lol, there aren't many stuffs or features on Chrome yet so it might run a little faster. After tried it out a bit, I got out as fast as I can. All I like about Chrome is the logo. It looks yummy, can I eat that thing?

No Chrome for me. I installed it, all types of strange things happen. Plus, I'm already so used to Firefox. The only thing that really attract me was the smaller space required, and a few of the toolbar features. @LAKA, I agree, the logo does look like a Sweet Tart or something.

I never really understood why people are ignoring opera browser. Opera IMO is the best of them three. Opera is the fastest, lightest and always a step ahead.

With Chrome, I've heard it has some witty features, a generally quick response time, and a good interface that doesn't require tons of "button-clicking".

I'm more interested in learning about Chrome because I have already used the other two browsers. It seems weird to quesiton if ones browser is much faster than another. I know it can affect the connection in technical ways, but I believe most of it comes down to your ISP and the overall quality of your connection.

My fellow nerds, is Chrome worth the download? By that, is worth using over the other browsers, even in the smallest ways?

Tell me again how the multiplatform strategy was supposed to fix everything. Look at your results and compare them to Nintendo, which keeps thriving with exclusives. Your loyal fans are gone. And let’s not forget the pile of IPs you purchased only to let them rot.

The worst thing is this is down from last years numbers/expectations which was down from the previous years numbers/expectations. You think about how long “down” has been a consistent part of the communication and you realize those subscriptions are what’s holding that boat together. The price cut of gamespass is still a price raise in a string of price raises. They are trying to use players to offset the missing revenue. Now call of duty is out of gamespass, which is literally WHY they bought the company. To draw people to the subscription. They realized they missed a boatload of money and that wasn’t sustainable. Now you pay for it like you would have if they never bought the company… so why buy the company? Mind you those billions still need to be paid back. Yeah it gives you a chance to say we make the biggest FPS… but the internal conversations must be brutal at high level on topics that really matter. Like revenue. Profitability. And ROI for the shopping spree.

Is this like the 10th quarter in a row they're down 33% on hardware how is that even mathematically possible. You would think their mediocrity would Plateau
