Carmageddon: Max Damage is a racing game with some decent damage modelling... that's about all the good things it's got going for it.

Did you even play this game for more than an hour? Cars start out difficult but improve massively with upgrades as you play through the campaign.
Did you even look in the game settings? If you had you might have noticed you can change the car camera settings to static!
Your upset over the moral dilemma of running over cartoon like pedestrians? In this day and age of gaming with mass murder in just about every game!
The graphics while not amazing are perfectly fine and in no way a hinderence to playing and enjoying the game.

Carmageddon Max Damage is great game and very enjoyable and worth the price paid.
