In Uncharted 4, Drake is more wiser. The combat is feel so refreshing than previous Uncharted series. Take a look at this : https://youtu.be/I0udlBu41K...
And another one :

Uncharted 4 features buddy system which your friendly AI is smarter than previous one and give you some detail about enemy location. Rope swing is also introduced and they are satisfied in SP and MP. Also, the gunplay feel so smooth and more responsive than previous Uncharted series.

The two unwinnable fighting scenes against Nadine are so pointless, no one likes being locked into a fully scripted scene, probably just because 'we cant hit a woman let alone a black woman' in gaming without being racist/sexist or whatever. You spend a game learning mechanics just for them to break it themselves and say they no longer apply in this instance, while nadine defends every hit. It could have very well been a cutscene because otherwise user-input is worthless there.

My only gripe with uncharted.

That was the point, you were defenseless, you are fighting someone who is better than you in every aspect. While you are playing, you are trying to figure out what you are doing wrong in the fight. All in all, she is just better than you.

What a silly apologist excuse. Wow so revolutionary, I hope we see more unbeatable enemies in video games as a crappy plot device. I really need more studios to get the point across that "the characters are better than mine and I will lose no matter what I do but that's ok". Here's my participation trophy.

Would have been nice for two slightly different cutscenes just make her very hard to beat. Same out come but if you beat her she cheats in the cutscene to have the same outcome

Cutscenes would have been 100x better. You spent 5 minutes mashing buttons for no reason. I could have taken a piss break and it would have literally made no difference.

Forcing the ass kicking doesn't make it feel more immersive. In fact, it took me out of the experience because I was all "wtf is this shit?". I have never seen anything like that. It happens occasionally with a first boss or whatever. You are a full power and the first boss beats you so you have to spend the game regaining your powers. This was nothing like that though. This was just a random plot device disguised as gameplay.
