Bored of zombies? It’s time for Capcom to ditch Resident Evil and bring back Dino Crisis

Capcom has released Dino Crisis and Dino Crisis 2 on PC via Steam for the first time.
LOL. Capcom have no shame. They included the Steam releases with The Enigma Protector DRM (which is worse than Denuvo).
GOG exists for a reason. Glad I purchased the games over there a while back.
This could either be a litmus test for a new Dino Crisis remake game or an attempt to further fund one already in the making.

Capcom unveils Dino Crisis-themed lottery merchandise, reigniting fan hopes for the survival horror franchise's return.

Legendary game designer Hideki Kamiya has expressed interest in directing a new game in Capcom's Dino Crisis series.
I'd say start with a remake. The original had some neat ideas but can greatly be expanded upon. Like trapping dinos behind laser barricades or tranq-ing them into submission. There is a lot of room to explore and flesh out these quirky gameplay mechanics.
If this happens then I hope they give us different level of dinasors some of them smart than other and of course good story and great gameplay
Just close your eyes before you shoot a mecho in Horizon Zero Dawn and pretend with all your heart they have skin on.
Walla, new DC game.
Man, I agree but seeing how Capcom, for whatever reason, can't simply make an updated looking version of their previous IPs and either take them into an unrecognizable direction or pawn it off to a western developer, I'd venture to say it's better if they don't make a new Dino Crisis.
I can see capcom bringing back dino crisis. Now that Resident Evil 7 is first person and back to the horror roots. Maybe they have room for another horror TPS in their portfolio. Maybe go the route of Resident Evil Revelations with it even if they need to do it in an episodic format.
