Looks really nice and woohooo its coming to PS4 as well, great for us :)

NewMonday3505d ago

they got me at Optimus Prime

this looks awesome! what the first should have been

Unspoken3504d ago

More like what COD should have been. Oh wait...

Ra30303505d ago

No worries it's Call of Duty with Mechs.

objdadon3505d ago

That's not true, but there are some similarities in mechanics which is actually a very strong point to battle cod. I've said all along that battlefield, although a beast of a fps, will never overtake cod because the gameplay appeals to a totally different audience. Titanfall on the other hand, with the right changes has the future potential to give cod a run because it does have some similarities in pace and mechanics all while having a different identity .

joab7773505d ago

There are go on a be similarities since the founders of Respawn created MW and MW2.

Erik73573505d ago

It actually is kinda true...i mean its not just call of duty with mechs but it has the same target audience.

Dixiedevil3505d ago

Actually, Respawn is pretty much made up of the people who made COD what it was when it was awesome The COD future stuff is Activision trying, piss poorly, to deal a blow to Respawn. It must be driving them crazy that people want the MW remaster more than the new one.

Nice. Looking forward to this. Wonder? Since MS opened things up, will we get cross platform play?

Fin_The_Human3504d ago (Edited 3504d ago )

I think this game will pull a Chappie on us and make us get emotionally attached to BT 7274 and he will die in the end.

I already felt sad when his left arm was missing in the trailer :( .

remixx1163504d ago (Edited 3504d ago )

Lol I thought I was the only one.

We a couple bitches but we proud of it right fin?

The 10th Rider3505d ago (Edited 3505d ago )

The first game didn't interest me the slightest. This looks great, everything I'd hoped the first would be. Excited to see what some multiplayer action looks like!

Jaw1love3505d ago

how do you go from not being at all interested to saying that this looks great. This doesn't look any different from the first one (which was an awesome game) or perhaps you weren't interested in the first because of the console it was on.... hmmm....

Yui_Suzumiya3505d ago

It has an actual campaign which is a must for someone like me so he's probably interested due to that

Errorist763505d ago

You didn't play the first if you really think this doesn't look any different. The first game didn't even have a real single player campaign.

KimikoGaming3505d ago

I know people who have no intention of ever getting an Xbox One or 360, so they weren't interested in the first game because of that.

Myself, I do not care about online matchmaking whatsoever. Titanfall interested me until they announced it would not have a single player campaign. That made me lose all interest. With Titanfall 2 having a single player campaign, I am interested again because I do like mechs. However, if the single player campaign ends up being crap that only lasts 3-4 hours then I will not get it.

objdadon3505d ago

Well to be fair this is very different in the fact that we're getting an actual campaign. That alone will peak some interest from gamers who passed on the first.

Jaw1love3505d ago

@errorist I played the hell out of the first game. Still play it on occasion. I get that some people are now interested because of an SP campaign. Honestly I doubt the campaign is going to be much. Wouldn't be surprised if it was just an expanded version of the first games "campaign" And it's not going to change the core gameplay or experience here.

Sunny_D3505d ago

Some people don't like multiplayer and prefer a good story.

maniacmayhem3505d ago

It might be because it's now multiplatform. Seems Titanfall has sparked interest again where before a few people wrote it off when it was for Xbox One and 360.

MagicBeanz3505d ago

I wasn't interested in it because of the console it was on.

The 10th Rider3505d ago

I have a PC, you dork. I could've picked it up for dirt cheap, if I wanted. I don't own a Playstation 4, either.

The concept interested me, but the gameplay just seemed off. This seems to be much more sci-fi and fast-paced. Sort of like Tribes: Ascend meets the good parts of Call of Duty, with tanky mechs rounding it out. As I said, everything I'd hoped the first would be.

R6ex3504d ago

A proper Single Player Campaign!

Yes, I skipped the first one, but I'm back for the second one coz there's a proper campaign. ;)

Looks stunning! Glad there's a SP this time. Liking the creatures. May be changing my mind about purchasing now.
Generally speaking, wish developers would get away from literations of "2, 3, 4", etc. Subtitles please.

Got goosebumps. Looking real good.

I agree with this. The time travel mechanics. The sense of scale. The relationship with your mech. The bosses all had personalities. It's a wonderful game.

mastershredder618d ago

Yeah it was good, but it only did the time travel bit in one level. Dishonered 2 did the same thing. Now how about a game where it's implemented throughout the gameplay? Singularity says Hello (and deserves so much more recognition).

Never say never, I really didn't expect to ever see Space Marine 2 and 12 years later its almost here.
So there is still hope for all these games.

Chocoburger705d ago

I've completed 5 of the games on the list, but the author forgot to include Advent Rising. It was supposed to be a trilogy, but it bombed hard, and the two sequels never got made. It was Mass Effect, a console generation before Mass Effect.

The game is buggy and unpolished, it needed a few more months of development, but the potential was there. At the end of the game, you have all these super abilities, I remember the stomp attack that created a shockwave being especially powerful.

shinoff2183705d ago

I personally think days gone will recieve some sort of sequel at some point. I'm personally also hoping it's not the rumored multiplayer online stuff. I'd think most that enjoyed it would rather thisnto.

Knightofelemia705d ago

Sony needs to dust off Sly Cooper and Days Gone so needs a sequel two of my favorite Sony titles. Bulletstorm I love great game wish it also got a sequel. And I wish Namco would finally give Enslaved a sequel another great game.

A best all time mecha game list without Zone of the Enders even on the list is 100% crap to me. Worth saying twice though not intentional
