PES 2017 gets “real” this fall as the soccer simulation series introduces features that make it more closer to the real beautiful game as we see on television.

Like all great photographs, the covers of the FIFA and Pro Evolution Soccer video games capture a moment in time. But which ones have been best?

Some of the best games to play are soccer (football, for our non-American friends). When you're looking for one of the best video games for team sports, and multiplayer play, look no further than the soccer game genre. The world of soccer video games is dominated by two heavy hitters: FIFA and PES (Pro Evolution Soccer). These two game developers keep pushing each other to have better characterization, crisper graphics, and a stronger gameplay engine. As a result, the real winner is the gamer. Let's look at both and see which is best.
PES 2018 Beta has finally kicked off and thanks to that we can see how the newest release in Pro Evolution Soccer series will look this year. Let’s compare it to previous game and check what kind of improvement we can expect.
Note: Both games are running on PS4 Pro with Boost Mode enabled.
Why is boost mode enabled? PES 17 had a Pro patch ages ago and am pretty sure the beta also has Pro features. But anyhow am loving the new passing system. Has been funny learning it while also watching the other player trying to get the hang of it.
Good to hear, seems like PES keeps it's top spot once more. Can't wait to try out both demos though.
Come back when PES has a decent amount of clubs the. I'll care about it
The only reason Fifa outsells Pes is because of the license. Apart from that Pes is the superior footy game.
It's a Konami game, so won't support it.
PES 2015 and PES 2016 are light years ahead of Fifa 16...Fifa and the ice skating players. Look at NBA LIVE vs 2K when both games have equal licences EA gets exposed. Trying to justify crappy Fifa by saying it has more licences and more Leagues yet everyone online plays with only 4 teams...Bayern, Barca, PSG and R. Madrid proves that having all the leagues is not that important.
