Flex those muscles, ‘cause it’s been confirmed: beloved fighting franchise Tekken will be coming to Xbox One, Playstation 4 and PC. There have been rumours – the internet is full of them – that the next instalment of Tekken will follow Street Fighter’s lead and become a Sony exclusive. But XboxOneUK has discovered that’s not the case, thanks to an enterprising attendee at the MCM London Comic Con. During a preview for the seventh mainline Tekken game put on by developer Bandai Namco Entertainment, one of the audience members decided to ask what platforms the game will really be coming to. And despite those Playstation-only rumours, a Namco rep confirmed that the game will make an appearance on Xbox One and PC.

Trevor Walker said: Fighting games have always been able to simultaneously experiment and innovate while staying true to their roots in the best of ways. Mechanics change, crossovers take place, and evolution occurs. One of the best examples of all three can be seen in the coveted guest character.
