Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

Spiders: "We're going to cut straight to the chase so you're not left wondering: After a long period without clear answers, we have received confirmation that Spiders is being liquidated.
What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.

They might as well. I loved the sci fi weapons, and there wasn't much of a story. The sky is the limit with this stuff. The monsters were awesome. Quake 2's multiplayer was epic. They can just weave whatever beautiful tail they want to into that crazy cool world and it would be something I'd buy. I bought both expansion packs back in the day.
Just need to see if they can get NIN to come do their soundtrack again, otherwise it's totally recyclable with retro style.
The lack of story in the old games makes for better reboot potential in my opinion. I never got into Quake 3 or 4, so I guess I am imagining a super polished alternate Quake 2 with a good sprinkling of the best of Quake 1.
Yes. I loved Quake 3 back in the day. Still liked UT more but Quake was always a great time.
After the Doom reboot, I'm definitely all for a Quake reboot.
Quake 5 is supposedly going to be the next game id develops
Yes, they should do it.
So now people are asking ID, sans Carmack btw, to reinvent and revamp co-op.
