Konami has announced the new PES 2017 and with it some improved new features.

PES 2018 Beta has finally kicked off and thanks to that we can see how the newest release in Pro Evolution Soccer series will look this year. Let’s compare it to previous game and check what kind of improvement we can expect.
Note: Both games are running on PS4 Pro with Boost Mode enabled.
Why is boost mode enabled? PES 17 had a Pro patch ages ago and am pretty sure the beta also has Pro features. But anyhow am loving the new passing system. Has been funny learning it while also watching the other player trying to get the hang of it.
Let's see if it can take on FIFA.
They can go on about all the little touches they are adding, but unless the behavior of the AI improved I'm still out. I got bitten with the near on perfect reviews. I payed 3 straight seasons & in that had 1, yes 1 foul from the AI. No yellow/red cards, no penalties, no direct Free kicks, yeah very realistic Konami. Yes it passes well, but the AI is pathetic & the matches without fouls feel like training games... Dissapointed.
people thought konami was going to completely abandon console gaming. why would they on franchises that make them money? i am also going to bet anyone that they will make another metal gear solid game.
Take on fifa? Pes 16 already had better gameplay than fifa. 15 too. Im not a fan of arcade football. Although you did need mods to enjoy pes properly. No issues since its compatible with online as well. But FUCK KONAMI if its another shitty port again. I want a full powered game not a fucking ps 3.5 port like that fucking pes 16.
