Yes, I am the one person in the world that doesn't own a PC.
I work with PC's all day, gaming is better on consoles, that's just a fact.

P.S. I work in film/television production and use a PC that would give people like you a lifetime of wet dreams. I still prefer gaming on consoles (by a mile).

Loads of people in media production use Macs, I know because I do. I game on my high end PC and my consoles because I'm a gamer, not a fanboy. You may have you're preferences but this is just your opinion and far from universal. Porting a game like Total War to consoles is close to impossible. There are certain games which are a perfect fit to consoles and some are a better fit for PC. Seems you'll have to miss out.

I won't miss out, I'll reluctantly play on my PC (I just wish I didn't have to). As for the control scheme being impossible to convert to consoles, that's what they said about Diablo, which actually works better on consoles.
It wouldn't be easy to convert, but it would be possible to do a decent job with a little effort.
