Wait I thought this was already coming to the XB1 since MS owns it.

Also have never played a CIV game but is it much different than an RTS like Halo Wars? If not then I don't see why regular controls can't work.

But I di agree on the keyboard and Mouse support part.

I haven't heard anything about this CIV coming to Xbox One. There was a CIV game made for consoles but it was specifically designed for consoles with a controller in mind. And I don't think MS owns CIV either.

CIV gameplay is more on the sim side of things but it does have some turn based action gameplay. But if you are looking for something like Halo Wars or a type of MOBA game then CIV wouldn't be that type of game for you.

A controller I guess could work but I can't really see it working well judging off past experiences with this game on PC.
