I like all of them for different reasons. They all have something that makes them special.
As for Uncharted 4, not only it has the typical gameplay improved in many ways, the story telling and immersion brought to such level as to make it a new benchmark in video games, but also its main theme is different this time. Its basically a game about Nathan Drake and who he really is, and its not just the story but all the game. So when the pace is slower, its to treat you with more of what the game is all about. IMO
Not even considering all the benefit of being a truly new gen game
