Someone didn't see the comments pre and post the Order 1886 reviews most from haters celebrating its failure

This would be funny if there weren't actually people who believe this.

We had people who claimed Quantum Break had more of a chance at GOTY and was more ambitious than Uncharted 4, pre-release, despite the piles of evidence and common sense to say otherwise. It was hilarious to read, but at the same time sad that they believed it. Those people are now hiding away from the reality of this to save their face. Mentioning the forgettable Quantum Break in the same sentence as Uncharted 4 should only serve to acknowledge the distinct superiority of the ND production.

Quantum Break serves as a warning to developers, whilst Uncharted 4 sets a new benchmark for them.

This journalist may need a gun just to walk down the street. Hell, you are better off spitting in the face of a Russian mob lieutenant, than saying a game is better than something made by Naughty Dog.

We don't need sh*t like this, but these journalist know how to play on fanboys.

Angry Joe review was very good. The part of nissan cars all over the place and the garbage and open the door and the huge problem with the jumps, and sleeping watching the series, the stupid AI and so on, the dark graphics. He got the balls to tell the truth.

If you have to clearly state SATIRE in a satire piece (written or spoken)... Then you have most certainly failed

Uncharted fans will enjoy the game and quantum break fans have enjoyed quantum.

And then there's those special few who play games they want to play no matter the console and will have enjoyed both.

To me they're both awesome games for very different reasons

I know this has been written by an American because they write 'Satire' next to it. I love the spirit of Americans but why is 'satire' in your hands seemingly always an opinion piece in which the satirical humour is merely that you actually think the exact opposite? Can you see how far removed that is from Swift's Gulliver's Travels in which the follies of those in power are exposed? How do you propose that Quantum Break set itself up as being so against Uncharted 4 that QB or its mostly measured fans are a fitting target? Satire, even when the term is used in the traditional way that every other country uses it, is like shooting an innocent, humble person in the back if the choice of target has no meaningful power struggle. In short, you misuse the word satire when you mean 'sarcastic spoof' (or just 'spoof')..

So funny when some journalists complain about fanboys and at the same time, journalists use clickbait and benefit with fanboys discussion.

They are both amazing games...I know it's satire, but it's all subjective...someone might actually agree with the headline. I haven't played UC4 yet, but I know I loved QB.

Some people get very angry and feel compelled to tell someone they are wrong about their own opinion. The fanboy world is a strange place. Great article from Jim as ever.

I liteally chuckeled when I read the title.

I will reserve my judgement of UC4 for when I will play the game but I'm pretty sure, given Nate's past adventures, that I will be more then satisfied.

I did play Quantum Break and was very impress with this new Ip and really enjoy it and as a 1st entry I would have score this game a solid 8.

Now regarding reviews of both games it's clear that both game were not review on the same level or with the same criteria by certain media.
(some media blasted QB for the structure of Wave of enemy and after a platform part thus slowing down the pace yet dismissing completely that Uncharted follow the same structure!!!)

My opinion is simple, some ppl wanted to lower QB due to the use of tv show inside the game. (how many time did reviewed said they were skeptical of FMV before proceeding to review the game while spending half of the review on the story and Tv show part while almost not discussing the actual game.

As for Uncharted well It's uncharted We want this game to succeed that reviewer will give a pass on any flaws.

The best example of this would be MGS5, it score 10 on lots of popular website. Yet some reviewer (IGN) went to say a month after in the podcast that today he wouldn't had scored the game the same score. Explaining that the map was kind of boring with nothing to do aside mission and side mission, the missions were quite repetitive and the lack of bosses.

So why did everybody score it a 10? Because of all the drama around it, because it's a Hideo Kojima game and Kojima is god when it's come to game.

Again in the end I'm pretty sure that Uncharted is a excellent game worthy of the series.

But time will tell if this game is truly better then Uncharted 2 or another Bayonetta 2 (remember the perfect game that didn't won the game of the year nor the Wiiu game of the year?).

I love Uncharteds, and i played and thought Quantum Break was very decent.

Nobody is making the claim QB is better than UC.

So there really is no need for satire articles like this.

We are one gaming community and all this article acheives is to make UC fans who upvote this look incredibly salty.
