Casual gamers love match three puzzlers and hidden object games. Azkend 2 fuses these two genres together in a rather impressive looking package but is it too simplistic for its own good?

Billy Clarke from GameGrin writes, "Azkend 2: The World Beneath is an entry into the match-3 puzzle genre, a genre that is well trodden, especially on mobile. This time, the game makes its way onto the Nintendo Switch and is set apart from its competitors by its quality and high standards. The idea in Azkend 2 is to match at least three symbols with bigger benefits being acquired by matching as many symbols as possible at the same time..."

When Nintendo announced the switch early last year, they vowed that they were going to make the platform much easier to publish to for independent developers. This, along with its portable nature, makes the Nintendo Switch a perfect fit for 10tons 2012 IOS puzzler, Azkend 2: The World Beneath.

Game Hype Wrote: "The good thing about Azkend 2: The World Beneath is that it isn't just some typical match-3 kind of game. It has a story attached to it that keeps you involved along the way."
Match three and hidden objects? Talk about casual...
