Last week in Tokyo, 1UP stopped by Q Entertainment's offices to get some hands-on time with the just-announced Xbox Live Arcade update to the Meteos formula, Meteos Wars. Compared to the original Meteos for DS (not Meteos: Disney Magic, mind you), the XBLA version features shorter, more intense sessions, whether you're playing against A.I. opponents or another human player on Xbox Live.
This week Mike (@AssaultSuit), Tiny (@Tiny415) and Aaron (@Ind1fference) talk about: Iron Man 3, Deadpool 2, Avengers Infinity War, Dover ComicCon, Warhammer, Disenchantment, 007 The Duel, Timothy Dalton, 007 Bloodstone, Daniel Craig, Skyfall, Xbox One, Fallout 76, Bethesda, Trials of the Master Sword, Dead Cells, Overwatch, All-Star Fruit Racing, Sesame Street Once Upon a Monster, Kinect Adventure, TMNT Kinect, Kero Blaster, Castlevania Lords of Shadow, Mario Kart 7, Super Mario Kart, Meteos, Radio Hammer Station, Guacamelee! 2, Morphies Law, Parsec, Monument Valley, Tetris, Twitch, Netflix, Cloak and Dagger, Xbox All Access, Extra Life, The Office and more.

I honestly couldn't understand why people would continue to deal with a console that constantly broke down or had as many hardware issues as the Xbox 360.
Xbox 360 does have quite a number of noteworthy JRPGs. However if you were really into JRPGs, then DS, PSP, Wii and PS3 were the best platforms last generation for that genre.
I really want Microsoft to make the console region free in a future Dashboard update.
Best at breaking down. My Xbox Slim I bought in 2011 the motherboard is bad while my PS3 from 2008 is still going strong. I still have games on my hard drive I haven't even played yet not to mention the games I bought my daughter :( Does anyone knows where I can find a brand new 4 GB slim? My daughter wants my 360 when I'm finished beating the games for it.

Though it isn't without its issues, Meteos Wars is a respectable title that's well worth the purchase price, especially for fans of the original game. However, if you're wanting to play online for some good old random matches, that is almost out of the question unless you have some friends who are planning on purchasing the game too. Hardly anyone is online to play with. It figures that there are achievements for ranked matches, too. Isn't that always how it goes? This is a challenging, intelligent puzzler with clean, spacey graphics and driving electronica. Anyone can pick it up and enjoy it, but it will take some time to master. Just be prepared to spend some quality time with it alone. If that doesn't bother you, it's well worth ten bucks, especially if you're a fan of Tetris, Lumines, or Puzzle Fighter. Give it a shot.
