Not looking good. Hopefully Asha Sharma is able to turn Phil’s disaster around.
To me it's still quite remarkable how they can cash-in 5.3bn in revenue in a single quarter, since their hardware is basically dead.

What does it mean? This means the company as a whole no longer exists. We'll cease our functions immediately. The planned DLC will release via Nacon, and then-- well, that's it.
We're sorry that it's come to this and would like to thank each and every one of you for your support over the years.
If you have any questions or run into issues with your games, please contact Nacon directly as we'll no longer be able to reply."

I don't understand it's release at all. Maybe they sell a ton b4 Overwatch, bit most people will just wait. It's too bad, but after Overwatch, Lawbreakers is coming, and I think it sets itself apart much more than battleborn.
It may have a niche audience , bit it's fade into obscurity will be fast. And why? Because of its release. I honestly think Blizzard knew this and that's why they changed their pricing.
This game is really fun, but I hope Blizzard does a lot to support it post-release. The game could get stale fast, as there's only a couple modes and like a dozen maps. Right now the most variety of the game is coming from the different playstyles from the 20+ characters.
