Jason Stettner of Gamerheadquarters writes, "The hot topic for this year's E3 definitely seems like it's going to be focused on the new set of hardware that's rumored all across the board."

I think the only game here for me is Nine Sols. Was always interested in that game.
Good month for me, I wanted that particular footy game and thought it might be due. Anyway who cares, shame about the site I'll miss the comment sections. All the best everyone.
Naughty Dog was reportedly divided on the controversial fate of Joel in The Last of Us Part 2 during the game's development.
I think it was good decision, if he was still alive, he would have been a mascot just like Kratos, drake and many others. These old dudes gotta die for new characters to take center stage with their own storyline. They keep dragging the emotional baggage into many sequels and eventually the story just turns into absolute shit show.
Honestly as much as I loved the game, they could have just not killed him off.
I get it creator vision and all but killing a character that made you millions is just wrong imo. At least have him go down fighting.

Square Enix launches Final Fantasy X 25th anniversary site, revealing new Nomura art, books, music releases, and merchandise.
Look I know VIII has its issues and all that but how on earth can the do big anniversary events with new artwork and merchandise for VII, IX and X yet VIII got sweet f*** all.
They could have given it something during its 25th anniversary yet all it got was a single Happy Anniversary post on their social media.
Sorry, I want a PS4.5 but I find this article's reasoning to be retarded. To EXTEND console generations with incremental upgrades? Sorry lol no. We want shorter console gens moving forward, so we get FULL upgrades. I'm down with buying PS4.5 but lets not take it too far and make this a habit like updating phones every year. No PS5.5, please just no. Instead, shorten the console generation to 5 years next time around and just upgrade when they have a meaningful node switch.
The only reason I'm willing to give PS4.5 a go is because there are games not hitting 1080p or 60fps when needed. Nex-gen according to AMD is 5x as powerful and ready in 2018. 5x the power is FINE for 1080p60. NO PS5.5 is needed. Just do 4k consoles 5 years after 2018, so 2023 and call it a day. No need for a halfstep there.
AHH the whole point of a console is to have locked down hardware for 6-7 years. Now its like PC where if I want the best performance on my console platform of choice I'd have to upgrade for $200 or more (without the added benefits of PC gaming). Instead of developers continuing to push the hardware I bought 3 years ago to show me even more of whats under the hood. Not to mention the OG PS4/ One are gonna have extremely watered down ports, you think multi-platform games aren't optimizing well enough? Wait till you get these
I wouldn't mind if next gen started with low end and high end versions of the Xbox and PS. As long as they both play the same games I don't see the problem. And as long as the low end version isn't too far behind like what you seen in the 360/PS3 versions of Black Ops 3.
I dont mind the xbox one getting a hardware upgrade (its lagging behind ps4)
But the ps4 doesnt need one. The specs are fine as it is....
No please! Let this 3year life circle to PCs
