Oscar Pelling: "The first thing that struck me during the beginning was how great the voice actors were. I found the distinct and engaging voices of each character very immersive and combined with the meticulously designed study of Sherlock Holmes (the starting location) it really helps you feel “in the game”. The script is also something of note in the opening as it does a great job of introducing us to the key characters and how they interact with each other, for example Watson introduces Sherlock through a series of quips back and forth that establishes the bantering relationship they have. Obviously I can only speak for the English version of the game in this regard, other languages may have varying results based on their voice actors."

Neil writes: "It's obviously a hugely tough time for the Ukrainian team at Frogwares; a team who have proven themselves over the years as capable developers of multiple Sherlock Holmes titles. Today it's that team who are delivering a Redux version of Sherlock Holmes: The Devil's Daughter to the world."

Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter is 90% off on Steam right now. Taking advantage of this devilish deal is elementary, my dear Watson.

The Humble Plug In Digital & Dear Villagers Bundle is out now. It features games like Sherlock Holmes: The Devil’s Daughter, Dead in Vinland, Hover, and more.
