Right after I beat the Automatron DLC it started downloading this, figures. Lol

Heyxyz3707d ago

I know, I started, played, and completed Autmatron yesterday.

At least we'll have some badass robots to take to the Far Harbor with us.. from what I hear that's supposed to be a nice chunk of game, like a full on expansion, I'm ready for that. Hopefully it'll have some loot to match.

The base building stuff on this next one seems cool, but not enough to keep me involved or get my money. I'm waiting on a serious chunk of game to spend my money on.

Edit:
Was anyone else annoyed that they dropped a full set of X-01 power armor behind an expert lock in the DLC? I had to work for that in the main game and they can't even hide it behind a Master lock in the DLC? Seriously?!

It's not 1.05, it just adds support for Wasteland Workshop. 1.05 is still in beta on the PC.

kneon3707d ago

On PS4 it is 1.0.5, it auto-installed for me earlier today

Elit3Nick3707d ago

Apologies, I was indeed wrong, I saw someone on Reddit say that it was still version 1.4 and Steam still says that Fallout 4 is on the beta patch, although it's probably for survival.

Malacath3707d ago

Actually the PC and Xbox One versions are already up to date according to bethesda.net.

This patch is just to add trophy support.

Tsunade3707d ago

The duplication glitch for the materials is still working? The one you make at the Red box?

MasterD9193707d ago

Well, it's nice to have an update before the next DLC releases. Usually, it's the other way around.

They need to look at Morrowind and see what the progression should have been from there instead of the regression we got with the next 2 games. They weren’t horrible games but they could have been so much more.

Fallout 4 just felt too streamlined and accessible to me, the perk system was not as fun as it was in Fallout 3, not saying Fallout 3 didn't have issues but 4 just felt like a complete step back.

mastershredder201d ago

So the part where you just sold the same games for the last 10 years while you focused on 76 and merch, was not a reset from the "creative" aspect eh? How very Todd of you.

lukasmain201d ago

I bought Fallout 4 (I loved Fallout 3) at launch and I couldn't bring myself to finish it or even get close to finishing it. It was soooo damned boring and bland. I played on a very hard difficulty and I had hundreds of stimpaks. One of the only games I've played for a while and not ended up finishing it. I hated it. Just flat out hated it.
